The service
RealtyKronos is a CRM for real estate professionals provided by Inteprix. These terms apply to realtykronos.com and to the RealtyKronos portal.
Accounts
Accounts are created for teams that have an agreement with us. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity in your account.
Your data
The contacts, deals and other content you store remain yours. You confirm you have the right to store them and, when you email contacts, the consent the law requires.
You must not use RealtyKronos to send spam or messages that violate CAN-SPAM, TCPA, Fair Housing or other applicable law.
Calculators and reports
Calculators and financial reports are for educational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. Consult a licensed lender or financial advisor.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided as is. Features marked “Coming soon” are not part of the service until they are released.
Fees
Fees, if any, are set in your agreement with us.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; we will show the date of the latest version. Either party may end the service as set in the agreement; you can request an export of your data.
